Applying for and obtaining work permits for CIS nationals

Travelmart offers its services and assistance in obtaining work permits for the Russian Federation for CIS nationals - consultation services in obtaining work permits in Moscow for a period of 1 year.

Cost of services:

1. 1-20 people — 16 800 rubles + state tax 2 000 rubles
2. 11–20 people — 16 300 rubles per person + state tax 2 000 rubles
3. 20–50 people — 15 800 rubles per person + state tax 2 000 rubles
4. More than 50 people — special terms by arrangement

List of documents required:

1. Photocopy of the individual’s passport
2. Photocopy of the individual’s immigration card
3. Photocopy of the individual’s arrival document
4. Two color photos 3 х 4cm

Please note that once an employment contract has been drawn up for a foreign worker the employer must, within 3 working days, notify the Foreign Migration Service, the Centre of Employment and the Internal Revenue Service that he has recruited a foreign employee. In addition the employer can at will extend the migration registration of the foreign employee for as long as his CIS work permit is valid. To do this a a representative of the employer and the worker must go in person to the regional department of the FMS.
Travelmart can assist with the application for a work permit for CIS nationals, but the CIS national must go to the FMS in person to collect the work permit.
