The business visa support will be sent by TELEX directly to the Russian Consulate where you’ll be applying to or
the original of invitation will be sent to you by MAIL (mail service is not included in the fee).
The processing time includes only business days (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and starts the next working day after receiving all required documents.
All fees include VAT and are given in RUB.
Invitations for foreign nationals wishing to visit Russia
In order to enter the territory of the Russian Federation foreign nationals and non residents must have a Russian visa. The invitation for foreign nationals is the first step in obtaining a visa. This invitation is a form which is issued by the Federal Migration Service (YFMS). Once an invitation has been issued a foreign national can then apply for a Russian visa at a consulate of the Russian Federation in his country of residence. An invitation can be arranged by either a private citizen of the Russian Federation or by any company or organization legally registered in Russia. It will take from 5 to 21 calendar days to obtain an invitation depending on the duration of the required visa and whether it is for single or multiple entry.
